You will take a guided walk where you and your team immerse in the Playing to Win framework, and as we walk you'll develop your winning strategy, and will learn how to help others in your organization use this framework for making their choices. Creating strategy is typically organized around three meetings: an introductory and deep dive meeting(s), a reverse engineering meeting, and a closing meeting. While this is the common way of structuring the work, smaller organizations may complete this work in two meetings over a week or two. Often larger organizations may use more meetings over an extended time. How often you meet will depend on your organization's size, complexity of the strategy choices you're facing, and the amount of time you have.
